In Proximity: Artists at Hunters Point Shipyard,

Hunters Point Shipyard is home to one of the largest artist communities in the country, and most of the work made there is only seen by the people who walk its halls. In Proximity hangs that work right where it's made: in the corridor outside the studios, steps from the doors these artists walk through every day.
There's no single theme here. The show is sized to the wall, with each artist's work chosen in person during studio visits. What ties it together is closeness: to the studios, to the process, and to each other.
